Before you do this, and to ensure that you get the whole picture, please read through the next 4 steps.
You can either send us your OPG X-ray directly, or you can attend a consultation in London during which a dentist will examine your teeth and, if necessary, take an OPG X-ray. In either case, our team will then discuss with our implant specialists which implant system would suit you best and create the best possible treatment plan for you.
The first option is free, whilst the second costs 80GBP inclusive of the OPG X-ray.
Once you have decided to proceed, we will gladly arrange everything for you, including flights, appointments, accomodation and transfers. Daily flights from London to Budapest and Debrecen (two and a half hours) start from £100 return.
3 star accommodation is available from £25 per room per night. Our chauffeur will both collect and take you back to the airport (£20 return).
When you arrive at the airport our driver will be waiting for you and will either take you to your implantologist or your hotel, depending on your appointment time.
Once you have met your implantologist, who will answer any questions you may have to your satisfaction, treatment will commence. This treatment doesn’t normally take more than 3 hours, even if you receive full mouth restoration with implants in both the upper and lower jaws. You will be given a local anesthetic and IV sedation (conscious sedation) on request.
What happens next depends upon the specific nature of the implant treatment that you will receive but generally speaking, in the days following implantation your gums and implants will be checked and any minor treatment administered. Following this, you are free to return home and our driver can take you back to the airport. This stage takes 2-4 working days.
On the first day implant abutments will be placed onto the implants and impressions made, from which dental technicians will create your teeth over a period of 3-4 days. While waiting for your teeth to be created, you will have ample time to relax and enjoy the best that Hungary has to offer.
Once ready, your teeth will be fitted by your implantologist and checked on the following day before you return home with your beautiful new teeth. This stage requires 5-7 working days.e.
You will receive a written guarantee, valid for at least 5 years, from the clinic at which you received your treatment. We will remind you of when to attend your initial check-up in Hungary, as well as off subsequent check-up times scheduled to maximise the longevity of your implants.
